Home Info Lines: $20 each line.

    Each line: $20 for the life of the listing. This includes recording, with one repeat for changes within 1 week after the first recording available. Each extension provides up to 10 variations for tracking marketing. I.E. Ext. 5011 - sign rider; ext. 5012 - flyers; ext. 5013 - Homes and Land Ad; etc. This is perfect for tracking where your marketing dollars are most effective.

Emailing agent the leads generated for each info line: $15 for the life of the listing.

Enhance Listing on Realtor.com: $15

Includes: Adding 6 photos (provided by agent), creating headline, scrolling text, enhancing the description and setting up the first open house (if provided at the time of order).

    We provide one-on-one basic computer training. Not sure how to use Word, PowerPoint, or Publisher? Just need to get to know your way around a computer? We’ll spend time with you answering your specific questions at a time that fits best into your schedule. Contact us for details.

Printing Services

    We provide courtesy printing services for established clients. This service is best used when flyers at a property need a quick replenishing, or for a small mailing of Just Listed or Just Sold postcards. Printing is done on a high quality ink jet printer.

    Prices:
Flyers on 28lb.  White are 0.75 cents each,  Cardstock are $1.00 each.
 
Postcards 50 for $13,     400 for $100

    Please note: We do not label or mail postcards.

Agent Vacation Services

    Your colleague can cover showings and contract emergencies, but they might not want to take care of the daily tasks. If you are not sure what to do about incoming emails and phone calls while your away, maybe we can help.

    After the $25 initial fee, you pay only if we work. We track the time, field the calls, take care of the details, follow up and notify you (or the person you designate) of anything needing immediate attention. Peace of mind is only $25 an hour.

Top Producer Setup

    Feeling overwhelmed in setting up your Top Producer? Not sure what to do with those action plans or marketing materials? Let our company assist you!

    We use our expertise to assist you in setting up letters, marketing materials and the action plans. Proper setup is important to maximizing the time saving effectiveness of the Top Producer software.

    We'll consult with you on the plans you would like to initiate based upon your clientele and marketing goals. Then we input the correct information and integrate the action plans based on our discussions.

    If you choose, we will show either you or your assistant how to follow up and adjust plans as needed. (i.e. a prospect becomes a buyer, or a client begins referring friends, etc.)

Top Producer Training

    StreamLine President, Jenny Roberts, is a certified ProManage - Top Producer Trainer. Jenny received her training through the Keller Williams University program in partnership with Top Producer. Her many years of experience in personnel and business management provide a focused perspective to Top Producer.

    The style used in these sessions are slightly different. Our focus is on practical application and working while you learn. The training is broken up into 6 sessions so you may choose which aspects of Top Producer you most need to learn. For hands-on learning, bring your client information and get a chance to complete something on that long "to-do" list!

    One-on-one Training: We provide on-site, one-on-one training for Top Producer users. This is an effective way to learn specifically what you need to know, whether you are a beginner or have been using the program for some time. This option makes the best use of your time.

    One company recently advertised on-line and phone support for $75 an hour! We believe in hands-on, personalized service. Our fee is an affordable $50 an hour and we drive to your location!*

    *Travel time is charged.

    Group Training: We will be happy to schedule a group training either at our location, or at your location. We can provide training in two 1/2 day sessions, six 2 hour sessions, or provide a condensed training version in 1 full day. Prices vary based upon the number of participants and type of sessions chosen.
