StreamLine Consulting & Solutions was created in 2001 to meet the needs of small business owners. Services included: Hiring and training personnel, research and fact finding, creation of incentive and bonus programs for employees (resulting in triple sales volume), organizing personnel duties based upon each employee’s strengths and weaknesses, mediation of employee disputes, creation of employee manuals and marketing.
Since 2004 StreamLine has turned its focus to helping Real Estate Agents increase their level of success. Our representatives have a diverse background in title insurance, casualty and property insurance, administration, business management, organization, real estate and marketing.
StreamLine continues to research and update our technology, adjust our services and continue our education to better serve our clients. We also search for new ways to reach the target market of the Realtors that use our service and share what we learn. We work together as a team and always value the feedback and suggestions we receive.
