Closing Service

Services provided under the Closing Plan are:

Send Buyer welcome letter
Provide form with contract deadlines and transaction participant's contact information to agent and Buyer
Contact Buyer regarding necessary inspections, etc.
Follow up on additional escrow (if applicable)
Order home warranty (if applicable)
Schedule and order:

Pest Inspection
Survey
Title
Septic Inspection
Well Inspection
Any Miscellaneous Inspections (mold, lead based paint, etc.)

Confirm and/or order and follow up on:

Appraisal
Insurance Binder - includes counseling client re: process & payment of first year

Set up repair list request template for agent
Send letter with insurance explanation pamphlet to Buyers
Follow up for receipt of mortgage commitment and send to Listing Agent
Work as a team with Lender, Title, Escrow, Homeowners Association, Insurance and Inspection companies to coordinate all paperwork and complete all outstanding paperwork needed to close the transaction
Assist with any issues related to closing that come up throughout the transaction
Send "prior to closing" letter with directions and final details to Buyers
Review the HUD for potential errors prior to closing (please note this is still the responsibility of the agent and lender to give final approval).

Hourly Services:

StreamLine provides hourly services so you have the flexibility to use us when and where you need to. Marketing, website updates, mailers, fielding client calls, and more... The more you use us, the less you pay. Best of all, no payroll taxes!

Computer Training

We provide one-on-one basic computer training. Not sure how to use Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, or Excel? Just need to get to know your way around a computer? We'll spend time with you answering your specific questions at a time that fits best into your schedule. Contact us for details.

Agent Vacation Services

Your colleague can cover showings and contract emergencies, but they might not be able to take care of the daily tasks. If you are not sure what to do about incoming emails and phone calls while you are away, we can help.

After the $35 initial fee, you pay only if we work. We track the time, field the calls, take care of the details, follow up and notify you (or the person you designate) of anything needing immediate attention. Peace of mind is priceless. Hourly rate schedule applies.
